Wing tip Shawl collar removed from "panel styleline" classic jacket front for cashmere blend jacket

I laid the pattern piece from a previous pattern on top and traced along the neckline using the dotted line. Then I cut off the collar portion using the traced neckline point for the top width, but left as much lapel as possible. A similar effect could be attained by selecting lapel for the neckline and revere for the collar, and then changing the outer style line.
