5 years! I have to think back 5 years! I was a junior in college that long ago. I couldn't even begin to tell you if I went to the doctor during that period let alone when or for what.

I work with Cisco phones and equipment at work.
I saw a newish model in a recent TV show. They had a character using it for the speaker phone. The catch? It wasn't turned on.

I spend a decent amount of time calling different companies and people on the phone for my job.
voice-based (where you say a word and it picks up your response) phone systems are a terrible choice for any company and something I never want to deal with ever again if I could.
I actually called a company that said they redid their phone system to immediatelly send you to a live operator. I don't remember who but it was very nice.
For the record, HP has the worst system that I deal with. But if you start repeating "operator" you do get sent to someone and I always use that. I sent a message to their email the president/actually a complaint line one time it's so bad.
