UMB University Training Center Grand Opening
This major project involved me in event planning and creating all communications to the associates in a six-state area. After taking photographs and writing copy, I designed posters, signs and animated slides to announce the Grand Opening and a room-naming contest, plus informative signs and decorations for the actual event. The audio-visual specialist and I collaborated on a five-minute multi-media presentation featuring the bank CEO and Director of Organization Development plus photos of the new training center to show during the grand opening. We assembled and sent "Party-in-a-box" kits to regional banking centers. I also created follow-up slides and notifications to continue to market the training center to the associates after the grand opening.
