Tax Savings Booklet with forms

I redesigned a small booklet and several separate forms into a letter-sized booklet which included the needed claim forms for clients filing tax savings claims. Not only did this cost less than half to print than before, it is much more efficient to distribute. We also posted the informative booklet pages and coordinating forms on the Internet. Both associates and external clients were very pleased with these new forms and the easy Internet access to them. Cost savings of printing for first six months was over $2,000 just for the printed copies. Unfortunately, it is impossible to calculate the time and money saved by having the forms conveniently available online.
