Selling the Product

The first year I took over the company advertising newsletter and upgraded it into full-color, full-sized pages, we sent 8-12 pages quarterly. For the alternate months, we sent 2-3 flyers with our statements. Once we tracked nine months of the sales of items advertised in the statement mailings, we increased the newsletter frequency to every other month, encouraged by an increase in sales of $72,000!
